At RAXIE, all products are made to order using a print-on-demand model. Because of this, returns work a little differently than mass-produced items.
1. Print-on-Demand Policy
All products are custom-made after you place an order and are fulfilled by Printful.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Personal preference
Custom products cannot be restocked.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We do offer replacements or refunds if:

The product arrives damaged

There is a printing or manufacturing defect

The wrong item was received
3. Reporting a Problem
To report an issue:

Clear photos showing the issue

Requests sent after 7 days may not be eligible.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method

Refund timing depends on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Exchanges

We do not offer size or color exchanges

If there is a defect, we will replace the item at no extra cost
6. Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

Contact the shipping carrier first

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us
We’ll help, but we don’t control carriers.
7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

Orders sent to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds
Typos are expensive.
