We use Printful as our manufacturing and fulfillment partner.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Production and shipping are handled by Printful

  • Order details are shared with Printful only for fulfillment

Nothing extra. No funny business.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website

  • Prices may change at any time without notice

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers

We do not store your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to production, carriers, customs, or global events

  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control

We don’t own the postal system.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because items are custom-made:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size selection

  • Refunds or replacements are offered only for:

    • Manufacturing errors

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
